Author’s Guide for Final Submission
Final Camera-ready Paper Submission Guideline

Authors must submit their final version of camera-ready papers electronically in PDF format through the Online Paper Submission no later than September 4, 2020.

Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their paper taking into account the feedback from the reviewers. Only the final version of your accepted paper will be included in the conference proceedings.

Instruction for Final Paper Submission

1. At least one of the authors listed on the paper contribution MUST be registered for the conference when the final version is uploaded. Please make a registration before the final paper submission.
(All of the conference participants should complete the registration.)

* Note: A single regular or student conference registration can be used to upload one contribution.
* Note: A maximum of two (2) additional pages is permitted at an extra charge (USD 100 per page).

2. Please submit the Final Paper (PDF), Compliance E-mail by the IEEE PDF eXpress (only for the papers that will be indexed in IEEE Xplore), and Presenter Biography.

Final Paper: Upload the final version in PDF format.
* Note: Submitted papers MUST be in Portable Document Format (PDF). No other formats will be accepted.
* Note: The size of PDF file to be sent electronically should NOT exceed two megabytes (10 MB), regardless of the number of pages.

Compliance E-mail: received by the IEEE PDF eXpress server after converting to PDF

– Regular Paper (3 to 6 pages)
– Invited Paper for Organized Session (3 to 6 pages)
– Invited Talk Summary (1 to 6 pages)
– Late-breaking Result Paper (1 to 2 pages)
Regular papers (3 to 6 pages) and invited papers for organized session (3 to 6 pages) will be published in the conference proceedings and will be able to be indexed in IEEE Xplore, SCOPUS and EI compendex. (Authors can choose whether the paper will be indexed.)

Please, read the PDF Generation Guideline using IEEE eXpress regarding the IEEE Xplore compliance, and generate the PDF file.
(Since the papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore system, your file should be compliant with the IEEE Xplore system. A paper which does NOT comply will NOT be published in the Proceedings.)

You should also submit the PDF eXpress compliance E-mail (received by the IEEE PDF eXpress server after your PDF passes the check) that verifies that your paper is compliant as a *.txt file.

Invited talk summary (1 to 6 pages) and late-breaking result papers (1 to 2 pages) will be ONLY published in the conference proceedings, but will NOT be indexed in IEEE Xplore, SCOPUS and EI compendex.

Please submit the Final Paper and Presenter Biography (No Compliance E-mail).

Presenter Biography: Introduction to the presenter of the paper (This will be informed to the session chair.)

3. You have to check a title and a list of authors and their affiliations, etc. once again on the Microsoft CMT website.
